The No.60 Roush Fenway Racing Ford driver grabbed the lead from Clint Bowyer with 28 laps to go and then held off Scott Wimmer at the finish.
The victory was Edwards' fourth of the season and the 17th of his Nationwide career.
Bowyer led 195 laps but finished third. Denny Hamlin and David Ragan rounded out the top-five.
